Sucuk (Turkish-style sausage). 120 g of beef is used to produce 100 g of product. Beef, beef fat, salt, spices, garlic, dextrose, antioxidant: E301, antimicrobial agent: E250, spice extract, starter culture. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Inedible collagen casing!

Our sucuk is a fermented product. When fermented sucuk is wrapped with materials such as cling film, freezer bags, or similar items after being removed from its original packaging, moisture may accumulate on the surface of the product. For this reason, it is very important that the fermented sucuk is allowed to breathe and that its surface remains dry after the original packaging is opened. It is recommended to store fermented sucuk after removing it from the original packaging either in the sucuk storage packaging provided with your order or wrapped in paper towels and kept in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0 and +4 °C.
